Approximately fifteen city blocks encompassing the nineteenth-century New England styled downtown, consists of over two hundred properties representing a diversity of architecture including Greek Revival, Italianate, and Bungalow styles from 1840 to 1930.

Old Prattvillage & Gardens
Old Prattvillage is a collection of remodeled structures from 1800s currently thriving as quaint shops and businesses. They include tje historic Mims Hotel and Slaton House to the area. Prattvillage Gardens is home to the Little Chapel, and is maintained by the Local Master Gardeners.

Heritage Park

Creative Arts Center

Doster Road Artesian Well
One of a series of historic wells that supplied the town's water system in a shaded creekside area. This natural well still produces gallons of sweet, free-flowing clear water. Enjoy a drink of water and sit a spell under the tin-roofed well pavilion. Also be sure to visit the other wells at Pratt Park, behind the Prattaugan Museum, or at Heritage Park.

The Daniel Pratt Cotton Gin Factory is an industrial complex dating back to the 1860's. churning out at least 1,500 gins a year for customers in the United States, Great Britain, France, Russia and other countries.
